Hi, Weird issue — we're seeing what looks like wild-type contamination bleeding into a handful of our knockout genotyping lanes. Not every lane, just scattered ones, which made this hard to pin down at first.

Fix that worked for us: clean the punch tool between every single mouse — we use a quick wipe with 70% ethanol followed by a flame or a fresh disposable punch per mouse, whichever is faster for the litter size.
